Brent Diehl is a financial executive with experience spanning finance, operations, IT, treasury, risk management, and governance. He has served as CFO and Corporate Secretary of S & J Supply Company since 2005 and has been a member of its Board of Directors since 2005. He also serves as Chairman of the ESOP Committee, bringing hands-on perspective to employee ownership, fiduciary processes, and long-term strategic planning.
Earlier roles included finance and operating leadership positions with United Rentals Highway Technologies and Ames Construction, where he led job costing, financial analysis, ERP-related process improvement, regional finance oversight, and branch operations. His background combines strategic finance with practical operating experience across construction, distribution, and employee-owned business environments.
